Electronic System Level (ESL) Design Consultant

February 2010 – Present

Electronic system level design for RF and communication systems. Special focus on modeling high speed digital (HSD) integrated circuits (ICs) based on the industry Input/Output Buffer Information Specification (IBIS) Algorithmic Model Interface (AMI) standard (IBIS Version 5.1, August 24, 2012).  Created a 2 day AMI Training class for Agilent Technologies for their AMI modeling flow based on their SystemVue and Advanced Design System (ADS) tools. Conducted AMI Training at over 15 high speed digital IC semiconductor companies. Created custom transmit (TX) and receive (RX) AMI models for many customers including adaptive continuous time linear equalizer (CTLE) designs, clock and data recovery (CDR) designs, and more.
